Georgia will explore some of the most common sexual concerns & challenges, libido, pleasure 101 & pleasure anatomy, somatic & mindfulness approaches based on the latest research, and answer pre-submitted questions from the audience. All levels of experience welcome, no prior learning needed.

    Georgia supports individuals, couples and groups to become more aware of their bodies, sex and sexuality. She has developed and facilitated multiple online educational platforms for sexual wellness brands and Universities, reaching thousands of participants globally. Georgia works as an advisor for innovative and pioneering sexual wellness companies and leading brands supporting them to educate and inform their audience on a variety of topics.

    She’s NORMAL’s in-house sex coach, an Australian sexual wellness company revolutionising sex-tech and has also worked with TOM Organic, TedX, Bras N Things, David Jones, Durex, Nova, Keep it Cleaner, Kin, Pilot, KIC, Australian Opera, UNSW, Oz Health and Beauty, and We-Vibe.

  • Chair Yoga Teacher Training

    This 32 Hour Chair Yoga certification will teach you everything you need to know about teaching Chair Yoga within diverse populations, safely and effectively.

    You’ll learn how to adapt Yoga to the chair, as well as techniques to help you work with everyBODY, and make your classes inclusive and supportive for everyone who attends. This training will cover single, double, pair chair, wheelchair yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, philosophy, language and other practical tools that you can use in your own practice, in classes, with clients or others in your community.

    Yoga & non-yoga teachers​ are welcome - 32hrs CE/CPD.

    Claire holds a Bachelors Degree in Sport & Exercise Science and is a qualified Yoga Therapist. She has been teaching Yoga and specialising in Chair Yoga for the past decade, where she has trained yoga teachers and health professionals in Australia and around the world in how to safely adapt yoga classes for every body.

    Aunty Jacqui was born on Gadigal land with Gweagal, Bidigal, Gadigal, Wangal and Dharawal among other Sydney clan bloodlines and kinship links.

    Aunty Jacqui is a Faculty member of the Body Mind Heart 200 Hour Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training and shares Yoga in community through her business Nura Yoga.

    Her connection to country creates a significant cultural & spiritual realm to her yoga practice. Aunty Jacqui wishes to elevate the presence of first nations people in the domain of yoga, through educating that First Nations peoples spiritual & cultural practices that date back over 40,000 years intrinsically align with many aspects of yoga philosophies.

    Miranda is a Sydney based singer and yoga teacher. She has performed as a backing vocalist with many iconic Australian artists and international acts. Having entered the Australian music scene at the age of 16, her career has brought many incredible experiences and taken her to the most beautiful places in Australia and all over the world. Miranda is currently balancing touring and session work with family life and her latest passion - teaching yoga in the community.

    Total Holiday is an ambient music duo composed of Benjamin Corbett and Nicholas Meredith. The pair creates soundscapes inspired by 1980s marine documentaries, tropical stillness, and damp forests.
