Meet Our Founder - Danielle Begg
Body Mind Heart Training® Founder, The Yoga Impact Charity Co-Founder, MSc, BPsyc(Hons), E-RYT
Danielle Begg works with healthcare professionals and community leaders who want to bring mind body approaches into their work. Through practical techniques grounded in science, she helps them create spaces that support both the people they serve and themselves.
She combines her academic background in Psychology and Social Policy with her experience leading trauma informed yoga trainings, events, retreats and programs around the world. Despite increasing evidence that mind body practices improve mental and physical wellbeing, they are rarely integrated into healthcare or educational systems. Driven to change this, she developed programs that bridge the wisdom of the yoga world with evidence based science, making these tools accessible to those who need them most.
Her approach combines research informed practices with real world application, offering healthcare workers and community leaders a pathway to incorporate mind body techniques into their work and communities.
